Project Color Coding Based on Communication Log Followup Dates

Guide Steps

Navigate to Setups > Companies > Process tab > Loan\Projects tab > General tab

Select Communications Followup to base the color coding on

When in List view of projects, loans will change color.  They can be sorted by color by clicking the Color label

  • Red = Past the follow-up date of a communication log tied to the project
  • Yellow = Within 7 days of the follow-up date of a communication log tied to the project
  • Green = Longer than 7 days before the follow-up date of a communication log tied to the project

The Communication Logs for a project are located in the Detail view of the project under the Logs tab

Can click the Edit button and fill out the Completed or Follow-up date in this area
